1. Who We Are

These Terms govern your use of the RizzArchitect mobile application ("App") provided by:

By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What RizzArchitect Is

RizzArchitect is a self-development training app focused on confidence, social skills, and interpersonal communication. Content is educational and entertainment in nature. The App is not therapy, counseling, coaching, or medical advice. Results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account & Data

The App stores your name, preferences, and progress locally on your device. No user account on our servers is required. You can delete all your data at any time via Settings → Delete Account, or by uninstalling the App. See our Privacy Policy for details.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Prices shown in the App include applicable taxes based on your region. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

5.3 Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.4 Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

5.5 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal after purchase under Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Italy by Codice del Consumo, D.Lgs. 206/2005, Art. 52 ff.). However, if you start using digital content (e.g. begin a lesson, complete a simulator scenario) before the 14-day period ends, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive the right of withdrawal under Art. 59(1)(o) Codice del Consumo / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU. By tapping "Buy" and using the content, you confirm you understand and agree.

Refund requests are handled by Google Play per their refund policy. Contact Google Play Support first. In exceptional cases, you may also contact us at webliongenova@gmail.com.

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

All lessons, dialogues, quizzes, and scenarios are fictional training examples. They reflect general principles of confident communication and consent-based interaction. Nothing in the App teaches or endorses manipulation, pressure tactics, or disregarding another person's "no". Every interaction you engage in in real life is your sole responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and source code (including the mascot "FRED" and the FRED-Score model) are the property of Tilo Oschatz and protected by Italian, German, and international copyright and trademark law.

9. Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functional. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Mandatory consumer rights under the Italian Codice del Consumo (D.Lgs. 206/2005) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU are not limited by this section. For consumers resident in an EU Member State other than Italy, the mandatory consumer protection law of that Member State applies.

11. Termination

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Genoa, Italy.

14. Dispute Resolution (EU Consumers)

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
